Terms and conditions

These are the terms for what I offer on this website. If anything isn’t clear, ask me before you book or pay.

Who I am

Adrián Cruz (Tulimon), a Mexican living in Tokyo, Japan. Contact: WhatsApp +81 80-4651-4813 and email adoriankuruzu@gmail.com.

Tokyo tours: I accompany and guide you on foot and by public transport. I’m not a travel agency: I don’t book or sell hotels, transport tickets or packages. If you need any of that, you book it directly.
Orders: I buy the products you ask for in Japan and ship them to you in Mexico.
Brand collabs: each one is agreed separately, in writing.

Tours are booked on WhatsApp. Your tour is confirmed once we both confirm the date, time, meeting point and price.

The tour price is per group, in yen, as shown in the table on the website. Pesos and dollars are approximate.
Your trains, tickets and meals, plus my trains and tickets during the tour, are paid separately.
How you pay and the deposit, if any, are agreed on WhatsApp before the tour.

Everyone is responsible for their own belongings, health and safety. If you have a medical condition or anything that makes walking hard, tell me beforehand so I can adjust the route.
I recommend travelling with travel insurance.
Hiking: you need to be fit enough for the route we choose, with proper clothes, shoes and water. I may change or shorten the route because of the weather or for safety.
We follow the rules of the places we visit (temples, shops, trains). If someone puts the group at risk or does something illegal, I may end the tour.
In Japan you have to be 20 or older to drink alcohol, on the izakaya tour too.

I take photos of you with your phone. I never post photos or videos with you in them without asking first.

Before buying I send you the full quote: product, my fee and shipping. Payment is in advance.
I send you a photo of the product before shipping it.
If the product sells out after you paid, I refund you in full.
For now I don’t ship food, cosmetics or anything that is prohibited or restricted for shipping or import.
Import taxes in Mexico are paid by whoever receives the package.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on the courier and customs. I give you the tracking number so you can follow your package.

I may update these terms. Your tour or order follows the version published on the day we confirm it.
