Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Adrián Cruz (Tulimon), in Tokyo, Japan, is responsible for the data you share through this website, WhatsApp or email. Contact: WhatsApp +81 80-4651-4813 and adoriankuruzu@gmail.com.

What data is used

This website has no accounts and doesn’t store what you type. The forms (tour and orders) only put together a message and open it in WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you send it from your WhatsApp.

If you message me, I use your name, your number and what you tell me (dates, number of people, what you’re looking for, your city). To ship an order I also need the name, address and phone number of whoever receives it.

What I use it for

Only to reply, send you a quote, organise your tour and buy and ship your order. I don’t use it for advertising and I don’t add you to broadcast lists without your permission.

Who it’s shared with

I don’t sell or share your data. The courier gets the shipping details for your order. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

What’s saved in your browser

The website saves your preferences in your own browser (not on a server): language, light or dark theme, text size, high contrast and whether you want animations stopped. It doesn’t use tracking cookies or analytics or advertising tools.

The website uses Google Fonts, and the service that hosts it (Cloudflare) may log technical data about the visit, such as the IP address and browser, to work and to protect itself from attacks, like almost any website. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube only open if you tap their links.

How long I keep it

I keep our conversations as long as they’re needed to provide the service and answer any questions afterwards. You can ask me to delete them whenever you want.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to tell you what data I have, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Message me on WhatsApp or by email and I’ll reply within 20 business days at most.

Changes

If I change this notice, I’ll publish it on this page with the new date.
